It’s been exactly 6000 days of Bitcoin history.
Since 3 January 2009 when the Genesis Block was mined, which is officially the start of Bitcoin’s lifespan, it’s been 6000 days, which is also equal to:
- 518,400,000 seconds
- 8,640,000 minutes
- 144,000 hours
- 857 weeks + 1 day
And all along, Bitcoin has been operational 24/7, no breaks, no hacks and no shortages. No weekends and no holidays.
Long live the king!
